My Sandakan shophouse has a tank on the top floor. Does the pump go up there too?
Not always; it depends on the piping. Send photos of the tank, the pipes between floors and any spot where a pump could be mounted, and we will suggest a position and HP rating. Any pipe changes get their own quote after the photos.
If a visit to Sandakan cannot be arranged, can you still help?
We can still recommend the HP rating and package from your photos and details. Whether installation can go ahead at your address is checked case by case, and we will say so clearly rather than book something we cannot do.
Which HP booster pump do I need?
It depends on your property, the floors served and how many taps run at once. Send photos of the pump spot and piping with your location, and we recommend the HP rating before quoting.
What is the difference between the Tsunami and Grundfos packages?
Both come in 0.50HP, 0.75HP and 1.00HP. Tsunami packages are RM1,800, RM2,000 and RM2,200 and are listed for landed and terrace homes with everyday household demand. Grundfos packages are RM3,600, RM3,800 and RM4,000 as the premium-brand choice. All prices are supply + install, per unit.
What does the supply + install price include?
The pump unit, professional installation, basic wiring, and pressure and function testing. Pipe modification, extra wiring and taking out the existing pump are quoted separately.
The pump is already mine. Can you fit it for me?
Yes. Installation only is RM800 per installation and covers pump installation, basic wiring, plus a test run and commissioning on site.
Do you install booster pumps for shops and commercial premises?
The packages cover houses, shops and small businesses. Commercial installations are priced by setup, so send photos of the plant area and pipework first.
My pump has a problem. Do you repair water pumps?
Yes, as an enquiry. Send photos and a video with sound; repair or replacement is quoted on WhatsApp. No repair price is published.
Can you supply other pump brands?
Ask on WhatsApp. Only the Tsunami and Grundfos booster pump packages have published prices on this site.
Are transport, SST or a warranty included?
The price list does not state them. Ask us to spell out transport, SST and warranty terms before you place the order.
